Other Ways to Add Resources

Once you have run out of time or money allotted in your curriculum (as shown in the yellow status bar), you will probably want to stop selecting activities and view your completed curriculum. You can do this by clicking on the blue "Step 4: Customized Curriculum" button on the right side of the page.

However, if you have reviewed all the Appropriate Activities that are a Best Match and still want to see more activities, you can:
  • Return to the Appopriate Activities page and click on the "Somewhat appropriate activities" link to give you a list of activities that match all of your curriculum criteria (i.e., grade, drug use problem, language, gender, or geographic location), but don't match one or more of your resource criteria (i.e., time, money, or equipment). You may decide that you can use one of these activities (e.g., you find that you can obtain funding from the PTA to purchase an activity that is too costly for your budget). These activities can be added to your curriculum the same way you added the Best Match activities.

  • Return to the Resource Library page and search the library for activities. This will allow you to search based on criteria other than that defined in your Needs Assessments. If you find an activity you want to use, just click "Add to My Curriculum" at the upper right of the Resource Details page and it will be added to your curriculum.
Once you have finished selecting activities for you curriculum, you may move to Step 4 to view your curriculum.
